As I continuously learn to read and write I’m intuiting that I must tamper the tenacity of my left brain, the side that intellectualizes and rationalizes everything that’s filtered through the crags in my head.

I’m on a journey; it is my hope that I will one day be able to float the emotive waters as I find new pathways through the rugged mass. I laugh as I look back on what came before, and at all those who referenced the rocks in my head : )

I have no idea how far along I am on the journey toward my right brain; the crags run deep and the mountains are relentless.

I sometimes feel like Frodo when he attempts to relinquish his burden into the inextinguishable fires below.

I stand quite, simply to embody my creative spirit and quell the ravenous fires of order and logic that incinerate my internal desire to write calmly and peacefully.

And so I shall continue to walk this terrain with grace, despite its depths or its heights.
